Central Ohio Activities Through October 30

There are only 14 days left until the November 7th Election. Do your part to ensure that Sherrod Brown becomes Ohio’s next U.S. Senator.

Election Day Volunteering
We need volunteers on Election Day, November 7, to make phone calls, knock on doors, and take people to the polls. Contact Sky Beckwith at the Columbus Field Office, 614-223-1789, or, to volunteer for these critical Election Day activities.

Phone Banking
We are phone banking 7 days a week now!

Sunday through Thursday: 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM at SEIU (1395 Dublin Rd). Call to let us know if you’re going to SEIU so we can secure a phone line for you.

Saturdays at our office from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.

Monday through Friday at our office from 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Delaware County Residents

The Delaware County Democratic Party Headquarters is located at 12 1/2 N. Sandusky St. in Delaware.

Phone Banking: Monday through Thursday, 6:30 PM - 9:00 PM; Sundays 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Canvassing: This Sunday at Noon. Meet at the Delaware County Democratic Party Headquarters.

Madison County Residents

The Madison County Democratic Party Headquarters is located at 1 S. Main St. in London. Hours are 9 AM to 9 PM. Phone Banking is ongoing every day of the week, including weekends, from 1 to 4 PM, and from 5 to 8:30 PM. Call Robert at 740-506-2383 for more information.

Licking County Residents

The Licking County Democratic Party Headquarters is located at 20 Arcade Place in Newark. Call 740-349-8273 for Phone Banking hours.

Madison County Residents:

Wear your Sherrod Brown for Senate T-shirt as often as possible. Don’t already have one? Go to or call our office. You can also go to SherrodStuff or call our office for a yard sign.

The Sherrod Brown/Mike DeWine Debate, from Cleveland
The debate will be broadcast live on Friday, October 27, from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM, on stations in Cleveland. Check your local listings for the Central Ohio broadcast, or attend the Debate Party below, where a videotape of the debate will be shown.

Debate Watch Party

Come join other Sherrod supporters as we watch the debate “live on videotape”, brought to you by the Franklin County Young Democrats.

Voter Information
DON’T FORGET! If you’re voting by absentee ballot, SIGN THE ENVELOPE, before you mail your completed ballot, or your vote will not be counted!

DID YOU KNOW: You can also turn in your absentee ballot directly to your county’s Board of Elections, instead of mailing it.

VOTE EARLY! If you’re not voting absentee, you can go to your county’s Board of Elections between now and Election Day to cast your vote.

EXTENDED HOURS: The Franklin County Board of Elections (280 E. Broad St., Columbus) is open M-F 7 AM - 7 PM, and Saturdays 8 AM - 12 Noon, now through November 6th.
