One down, one to go: Support Robin Weirauch for Congress!

One down, one to go.

Thanks to your hard work, Mary Jo Kilroy has Republican leader Deborah Pryce on the run.

Well, we have another Republican leader in Ohio and we need your help to go after him, too.

Deputy Majority Whip Paul Gillmor is a 30-year career politician. Paul Gillmor is so out of touch that he doesn’t even live in the Fifth District in Northwest Ohio - he lives in a $500,000 mansion in the Columbus suburb of Dublin, a part of Deborah Pryce’s district!

Robin Weirauch is the Democratic candidate for Congress in the Fifth District. Robin has dedicated her life to serving the communities of the Fifth District. She’s worked as an economic development director, founded the Humane Society of Henry County, and served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in Ohio.

Based on a recent poll, Robin is just 8 points behind Gillmor and independents are breaking Robin’s way. With your help, we can close the gap and take out another Republican Congressional leader from Ohio.

Please help Robin take out another Republican Congressional leader from Ohio.

Paul Gillmor is a big part of what’s wrong in Washington. The Toledo Blade said Gillmor was “largely an absentee congressman...(we see) no leadership from a congressman who after nine terms in Washington ought to be showing some.”

From working with Mark Foley on sex offender legislation to voting against troop bonuses and military healthcare, he’s just out of touch with Ohio’s values.

Robin Weirauch will truly represent the citizens of Ohio’s 5th district. The Toledo Blade wrote, “She is working hard on her campaign, and she vows to be a much more visible congressman than Mr. Gillmor. We believe she would be an effective member of Congress for the 5th congressional district.”

Please donate $100, $75, $50, or whatever you can afford to help Robin today!

Thank you for your support,
Todd Hoffman
Online Communications Director
The Ohio Democratic Party
